Adam Neate introduced himself to the public via a guerilla style circulation of his work: hand-painting pieces on cardboard which he distributed upon the streets of London in the early 2000s. He gradually gained acknowledgement and further transitioned to exhibiting his pieces in galleries in th UK. Now internationally known after global recognition for his Dimensionalist portrait paintings, Neate has reverted to conventional 2D, Cubist-style, paintings for his latest body work in which he captures the day to day life, diversity, and emotion of his adotped neighborhood of Vila Madalena in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
