Allouche Gallery is proud to present a solo exhibition of new works by Malik Roberts titled To Suffer A Lick. This new collection of works invites the viewer to explore their own sense of liminality and uncertainty through paintings both dynamic and abstract, showcasing the artist’s individualistic approach to deconstructing and fragmenting figures. Roberts’ inspiration for the exhibition came from the recent global pandemic which created a sense of transition leading to a mental battle of waiting for the outcome.
